In a prayer position, with elbows in 90degree angles, start by pressing your hands in front of your chest. Hold for five seconds, exerting as much pressure as you can. Thereafter, take a rest for five to ten seconds. Do this repeatedly until you are capable to hold for 15 seconds. This method is similar to “Stabdhasana” yoga position.
